Information on TV Broadcast “Hayashi Osamu ‘s Imadesyo” （TV Asahi）

　We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Masashi Yanagisawa, Director of WPI-IIIS, will appear on TV Asahi’ s educational variety program “Hayashi Osamu ‘s Imadesyo” again.
　This will be his second studio appearance since the two-hour sleep special program aired on October 5, 2023.
　This time, Dr. Yanagisawa will introduce measures to get a good night’s sleep that will be useful immediately this winter for people such as who can’t sleep well, who wake up early, and who can’t wake up refreshed in the morning due to the cold in winter.
