Director Masashi Yanagisawa to Appear on NHK’s “Sukusuku Kosodate”

Dr. Masashi Yanagisawa, Director of the International Institute for Integrative Sleep Medicine (WPI-IIIS), University of Tsukuba, will appear on Educational program “Sukusuku Kosodate” (NHK) scheduled to air on October 18.
This episode, “Troubles with Children’s Sleep – Part 2,” focuses on sleep issues such as difficulty falling asleep, nighttime crying, and parents’ fragmented sleep.
Following Part 1, Dr. Yanagisawa will again share practical advice to help parents improve their children’s sleep.
