Information on TV Broadcast “Oha!Star”（TV Tokyo）
Dr. Masashi Yanagisawa, Director of the International Institute for Integrative Sleep Medicine (WPI-IIIS), University of Tsukuba, will appear on the TV Tokyo’s program “Oha!Star” on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
Dr. Yanagisawa will teach the kids some important tips how to sleep well and wake up in the morning fully rested during cold winter. Please be sure to watch it!
