Information on TV Broadcast: Dr. Masashi Yanagisawa will appear on “POKAPOKA” (Fuji television)

Dr. Masashi Yanagisawa, Director of the International Institute for Integrative Sleep Medicine (WPI-IIIS), University of Tsukuba, will appear live in the studio on the morning news program “POKAPOKA,” (Fuji television) scheduled to air on December 23.
This time, as it is a special feature on winter sleep, Dr. Yanagisawa will describe the results of the talents’ sleep measurements using the “InSomnograf”. There are lots of hints for a good night’s sleep in winter! Don’t miss it!
