Kenshiro Nakamura ( Kutsumura & Saitoh Laboratory ) received “Student Presentation Award” at “The 86th Symposium of the Society of Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Kanto Branch, Japan
Mr. Kenshiro Nakamura, a first-year student of Master’s Program in Chemistry, received the “Student Presentation Award at the 86th Symposium of the Kanto Branch of the Society of Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Japan, held on May 18, 2024, at Tokyo University of Science, Noda Campus.
The title of his presentation was “Structure-Activity Relationship Studies of Polysubstituted Phenol Derivatives Targeting Kinase Species”. The award was given to Mr. Nakamura for his ” Discovery, through the structure-activity relationship studies, of the knowledge of the substructure required for a polysubstituted phenolic compounds to express SIK3 activity”.
He expressed his excitement “I am very honored to receive this award. I will work hard every day to achieve further success in the future.” with pleasure at receiving the award.
